Shipping Time:
Time taken to Dispatch a product depends upon the type of the product and Quantity. Large Quantities generally take more than usual time which are conveyed to the customers once the order is confirmed.
Most orders are delivered within 10-14 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.
Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
Cash on Delivery Shipping -
To proceed with Cash on Delivery (COD) orders for furniture items, we require a 25% advance payment for orders above INR 1000. This confirmation amount is essential due to instances of fake orders and denials at the time of delivery. As our furniture is custom made on each order, your cooperation in providing this advance ensures a genuine commitment to the purchase. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to fulfilling your order with care and attention to detail.
Courier Partners:
We only work with reputed courier partners like FedEx, Delhivery, Bluedart etc. for domestic deliveries. For remote locations sometime Speed post is used where no other courier services are available.
